I am a Jay Shetty Certified Life Coach specifically A Female Empowerment Coach serving women between the ages of 35 and 75 . I have had the great honor of serving my community as a hairstylist for the last 35 years listening to many peoples very personal stories. Since I can remember I have always been the kind of person who can just naturally help people. People find it easy to talk to me about very personal and important things because they can tell that I care and am invested in their well being. I have always felt driven to help my fellow man in anyway possible Life coaching has given me a completely different platform to do that from. The transition into life coaching feels like a very natural evolution for someone like me. I am also a Reiki Master and when wanted by clients like to bring some guided meditation into a session to help shift and guide things if needed.
